COVERAGE FROM 40% TO 46% FOR THE PURPOSE TO CONSTRUCTING A NEW GARAGE. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 1608 PACIFIC AVENUE.
AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE, PERMIT NO. 2012-1500, BY CROWN DISTRIBUTING OF ABERDEEN. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING A
VARIANCE FROM THE SIGN CODE REGULATIONS ON ADVERTISING SPACE FROM 350 SQUARE FEET TO APPROXIMATELY 510 SQUARE FEET. THE
APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO PLACE A NEW SIGN ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1200 WEST HERON STREET.
